This page is for the renewal of current Merit Badge Counselors. All new applications need to be filled out and submitted to the Council Office in paper form along with an Adult Application and a current Youth Protection Certificate.

  1. Download the PDF file to your computer.
  2. Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader
    (IMPORTANT:  the Submit button will not work if you use any other PDF reader than Adobe Acrobat)
  3. Fill in the form with all the appropriate information.
  4. Click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form.
  5. Your email program should open and display an email with the file as an attachment.
    (IMPORTANT:  if your email program does not open please use Adobe Acrobat to open PDF)
  6. Hit the Send Button in your email program.

Do you need to see what badges you're already signed up for? Look on the Merit Badge Counselor List sorted by Name - note that the password to open the file is the Scout Motto, all lower case, with the two words run together.
